What’s Changing? 

Our “Total Refresh” project includes adding more exam rooms to better serve you and your pets by reducing wait times. We are also updating our reception area to create a welcoming space with improved flow and accessibility. Additionally, we are streamlining the check-in and check-out process.

The upgrades are already underway, with completion anticipated by this summer. You will begin to see these changes taking shape as we work hard to enhance our facility and services for you and your pets. 

What You Need to Know 

• Curbside Appointments: To ensure a calm, safe, and stress-free visit for pets and clients, we will be providing curbside service during construction.? Simply arrive, and our team will handle your pet’s appointment while keeping you updated throughout the process. 

Service Impact
